Annual boiler service


  • A visual check of the boiler
  • A flue gas analysis & efficiency test to check your boiler is operating correctly
  • Removing the boiler cover and inspecting it, if necessary
  • Checking and adjusting the system pressure, if required
  • Cleaning the condensate trap, if necessary
  • Check the boiler is firing up and shutting down safely
  • Checking that the ventilation & flue are in accordance with current Gas Safety Regulations
  • Confirmation that the service has been carried out in your online portal

Gas boiler & controls


Repairs to your boiler & controls (thermostats, frost stats, clocks, timers and programmers).


Unlimited number of callouts with no cap on the total value of each repair, which includes the cost of all labour and materials.

Central heating

Heating-related repairs (pumps, motorized valves, radiators, pipes, fittings, hot water feed and expansion tank).

Unlimited number of callouts with no cap on the total value of each repair, which includes the cost of all labour and materials.

Hot & cold water pipes


Repairs of leaks between the stopcock and your taps or appliances on your hot and cold water pipelines inside your house.


Unlimited number of callouts with no cap on the total value of each repair, which includes the cost of all labour and materials.

Home electrics

Repairs to the wiring and electrics (such as circuit breakers, fuse boards, switches, and sockets) within your home that are connected to the main source of electricity.

Unlimited number of callouts with no cap on the total value of each repair, which includes the cost of all labour and materials.

Taps, toilets & drains


Maintenance on leaky taps, leaking toilets, syphons, valves, and ballcocks, as well as other related components.

Help with interior or outdoor drains that are clogged or leaking inside the boundaries of your property that you are responsible for maintaining.


Unlimited number of callouts with no cap on the total value of each repair, which includes the cost of all labour and materials.

What’s included?

By option, all repairs will be made to ONLY ONE kitchen equipment on the list.

  1. Cooker (electric or gas)
  2. Dishwasher
  3. Fridge
  4. Freezer
  5. Hob (electric or gas)
  6. Microwave (single or with Oven)
  7. Gas Oven
  8. Tumble or Spin Dryer electric
  9. Washing machine up to 9 Kg

If you want to cover more than ONE appliance, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support for a full quotation.

A commitment toward a replacement if we cannot fix it or determine that replacing it will be less expensive than repairing it. We’ll get a replacement from our approved vendor and contribute the following amount depending on their current retail selling price: If your appliance is less than three years old, you will receive 100% compensation, and if your appliance is three years or older, you will receive 30% compensation. To help validate the appliance’s worth, you may be asked to show proof of purchase. There is no cash option to using our contributions towards an alternate model of your choice from our certified provider.

Accidental Damage

What’s not included?

  1. Anything in the first 14 days of the cover start date or the addition of a new appliance.
  2. Wine coolers, cooker hoods and other extractor fans
  3. Unpacking and installing new appliances, or disconnecting and disposing of old ones
  4. Any appliance(s) that weren’t bought in the UK
  5. Unless they were on the property when you moved in, any appliances that weren’t brand new when you acquired them.
  6. Appliance(s) designed for commercial use

What’s not included in our home cover


Before you apply to join us, we want you to know precisely what our house cover policies do not include.

  • Boiler models: Potterton Powermax, Britony, Chaffoteaux, Sime, Servowarm and Elm Le Blanc; or any make or model of back boilers

  • Repairing faults caused by limescale, sludge (dirty water contaminated by particles of dirt, rust other debris)

  • Repairs where your boiler is deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER), If your boiler is under seven years old and BER we may decide to replace your boiler. If its older and we may pay a contribution towards a new boiler

  • Repairing pre-existing faults or faults that occur within the first 14 days of cover

  • Systems or appliances that haven’t been installed, maintained and used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and or current regulations or best practice

  • User tasks which are detailed in your user guide, re-pressurising your system and or bleeding your radiators

  • Trace and access (work required to locate the fault) this is usually covered by your home insurance (no need to pay twice). Once the problem is found and accessible, we will happily come back and fix it

  • Systems that are powered by anything other than natural gas

  • Showers and shower pumps

  • Upgrades or improvements to your system

  • Accidental damage if you or someone working in your property causes a fault this should be covered by your home insurance

  • Non-standard items or parts such as towel rails and underfloor heating. These need specialist parts and engineers, so we’d recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer for advice
